About the role#
The Paramedic Student Knowledge Program at Baptist Health La Grange provides tuition funding to students pursuing healthcare degrees. This program supports your education with the expectation that you will join our team at Baptist Health La Grange after you graduate. Funding is forgiven based on your tenure milestones after you begin your employment.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the tuition funding program for healthcare students.
- Complete the required Knowledge Program survey.
- Submit a one-page document that outlines your career goals and how you plan to use the funding.
- Commit to working at Baptist Health La Grange following your graduation.
- Maintain high standards for performance and attendance if you are a current employee.
What you'll need#
- Acceptance or active enrollment in an applicable degree program, such as Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or Biomedical Sciences.
- Status as a student prior to graduation in your field of study.
- Two letters of recommendation, preferably from a clinical instructor or an employer.
- A copy of your program acceptance letter.
- Good standing with performance and attendance records if you currently work for Baptist Health.

- This role is based in LaGrange, Kentucky.
- The work modality is on-site.
- Application deadlines occur twice annually on June 15th and December 15th.
