About the role#
The Radiology Student Knowledge Program provides tuition assistance to students pursuing a healthcare degree. This program is designed to support your education while preparing you for a career at Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange upon graduation. Funding is forgiven based on specific tenure milestones, with a general requirement of one year of employment for every $10,000 in funding received.
What you'll do#
- Receive tuition support to assist in obtaining your healthcare degree.
- Commit to a post-graduation work requirement at Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange.
- Complete a program survey form following your initial application.
- Submit all required documentation by the September 5, 2025 deadline for fall funding consideration.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or acceptance into a degree program in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or Public Health.
- A transcript showing your current GPA.
- Two letters of recommendation, preferably from an employer or clinical instructor.
- A one-page document outlining your career plans post-graduation and your intended use of the funds.
- Current Baptist Health employees must be in good standing regarding performance and attendance.
