About the role#
The Radiology Student Knowledge Program provides tuition assistance to students pursuing a healthcare degree. Participants commit to joining Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange upon graduation. Funding is forgiven based on tenure milestones, with a general requirement of one year of employment for every $10,000 in funding received.
What you'll do#
- Receive tuition support to assist in obtaining a healthcare degree.
- Fulfill a work commitment at Baptist Health following graduation.
- Complete necessary program documentation and surveys.
- Submit required application materials, including transcripts and career plans.
What you'll need#
- Must be accepted or actively enrolled in an applicable degree program, such as Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or Public Health.
- Current students must provide a transcript showing their current GPA.
- Two letters of recommendation, preferably from an employer or clinical instructor.
- A one-page document outlining career plans post-graduation.
- Current Baptist Health employees must be in good standing regarding performance and attendance.
