About the role#
This developmental program helps nursing students build clinical skills across various specialties. You will work in a guided training environment that follows the scope of practice set by the State Board of Nursing. This is a paid, full-time position designed to expand your clinical experience while you support the nursing staff.
What you'll do#
- Provide essential assistance and comfort to patients.
- Assist Registered Nursing staff with daily patient care activities.
- Participate in patient care planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation.
- Report significant patient observations to a Registered Nurse.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited RN program.
- Completion of your first clinical rotation.
- Active AHA BLS certification.
