About the role#
This is a temporary, part-time position at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. You will work under the direct supervision of a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Lead Technologist, or Supervisor. This role is designed for students to gain hands-on experience in a hospital setting.
What you'll do#
- Process laboratory testing in sections where you have completed a clinical rotation.
- Perform tasks that do not require certification or licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
- Provide assistance and comfort to patients to support their experience during their healthcare journey.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in Medical Technology.
- Completion of a clinical rotation in the specific section of your work assignment.
