About the role#
The Research & Development Leadership Development Program (RDLDP) Co-Op is a program designed for graduate engineering students. This role offers exposure to various R&D platforms and serves as a pipeline for the full-time program. You will work on projects that build technical skills, business acumen, and cross-functional expertise while contributing to the development of new products and services.
What you'll do#
- Develop technical and professional skills through in-depth classroom training and internal development opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify and evaluate AI opportunities while maintaining ethical standards.
- Earn externally recognized qualifications, such as process design excellence.
- Connect with your peers and the broader R&D community.
- Lead and create innovative ideas and services.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an engineering graduate program with an expected master's degree by June 2028.
- Understanding of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Ability to relocate anywhere in the U.S. for program rotations.
- A minimum GPA of 3.3 is strongly preferred.
- Leadership experience and previous J&J R&D internship experience are highly preferred.
- Ineligibility for severance.
