About the role#
This Co-Op position offers an opportunity to support the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) team. You will work on projects that build your analytical, leadership, and project management skills while partnering with teams across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Corporate sectors. This is a full-time, paid role based in Raritan, New Jersey, operating on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical data support to operations, logistics, and V2V teams.
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create visualizations and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet data needs.
- Support the ATSC portfolio of digital initiatives by managing intake and governance.
- Partner with key stakeholders to assess and prioritize opportunities.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and align on project recommendations.
- Serve as the ATSC data lead on approved projects.
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and manage documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects while delivering results.
- Experience as a self-starter who works well independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, specifically Excel and Power BI or Tableau.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Preferred: Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, along with a history of participation in campus programs or community service.
