About the role#
The Process Excellence & AI Co-op accelerates continuous improvement and digital transformation across our Supply Chain organization. You will work directly with the Site Process Excellence Lead to identify opportunities to reduce cycle times, eliminate non-value-added activities, and improve productivity using Lean methodologies and AI-enabled solutions. This role provides hands-on experience in leading real business improvement initiatives, facilitating organizational change, and supporting the adoption of new technologies.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the Site Process Excellence Lead and cross-functional teams to support process improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
- Analyze current-state workflows to identify waste, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
- Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Assist with process mapping, root cause analysis, and future-state design.
- Create tools, resources, and standard work to support continuous improvement.
- Facilitate AI training sessions, workshops, and user adoption activities.
- Track and communicate results, including cycle time reduction, productivity gains, and business impact.
- Partner with teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to drive sustainable improvements.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Interest in process improvement, Lean methodologies, automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Exposure to AI tools, Power Platform, process mapping, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

- Compensation: Paid position with an expected pay range of $27.00 to $61.00 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.
