About the role#
IPG is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst intern for the Fall 2026 semester. You will work with various teams across the supply chain to support business functions and process improvements. This is a paid, part-time position.
What you'll do#
- Participate in demand reviews and monitor forecast system alerts.
- Assist with reporting for S&OP and cross-functional projects.
- Manage transfer order signals for intercompany goods movement.
- Perform root-cause analysis on on-time service and inventory levels.
- Improve warehouse mapping processes.
- Support supplier meetings and develop tracking for supplier onboarding compliance.
- Map distribution channels and support company transportation needs.
- Drive cost analysis for new acquisition sites and update process documentation.
- Manage global replenishment and logistics for E-Fulfillment peak seasons.
- Manage product transitions.
What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or R.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Strong customer service attitude and clear communication skills.
- Ability to listen and comprehend coworkers.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
