About the role#
This internship immerses students in the manufacturing and packaging industries. You will work within the Consumer Packaging America Division on a 12-week, full-time, paid basis. This role is on-site in Memphis, Tennessee.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects while working alongside industry experts.
- Gain business knowledge from across the enterprise.
- Engage with company leadership and attend plant tours.
- Participate in activities with other interns and Emerging Leader associates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Business, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Previous internship experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related functional area.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
