About the role#
This internship immerses students in the manufacturing and packaging industry. You will work within the Consumer Packaging America Division on a rolling basis. The program provides hands-on learning, plant tours, and direct engagement with company leadership to help prepare you for your future career.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with industry experts and peers across various fields including manufacturing, process engineering, quality, safety, sales, finance, and supply chain management.
- Participate in hands-on projects.
- Gain a broad understanding of business operations across the enterprise.
- Attend plant tours and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a concentration in an engineering field, such as Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, Biomedical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Prior internship experience, ideally in a manufacturing or functional role.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- This role is based on-site in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
