About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship within the Consumer Packaging America Division. You will gain exposure to the manufacturing and packaging industry through a hands-on program designed to support your professional growth. The role is based in Oakdale, California, and involves working with teams across the enterprise.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects while working alongside industry experts.
- Collaborate with peers in areas such as manufacturing, process engineering, quality, safety, commercial, finance, and supply chain.
- Engage with company leadership and participate in plant tours.
- Gain a broad understanding of business operations across the company.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program with a concentration in Engineering or Business.
- Previous internship experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related functional area.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
