About the role#
This is a paid, full-time mechanical internship within our Industrial Paper Products division. You will work on-site in Hartselle, Alabama, as part of a rolling internship program. You will work alongside industry experts on hands-on projects, gain broad business knowledge across the enterprise, and engage directly with company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects with industry experts.
- Participate in plant tours to understand our manufacturing processes.
- Build your professional network by connecting with company leaders.
- Join activities and events with other interns and Emerging Leader associates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or master degree program in Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous internship experience.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
