About the role#
The SCT Deliver Distribution Co-Op role supports the Innovative Medicine Warehouse Management (IMWM) team. You will work within a SCRUM team focused on product strategies, ERP implementations, and WMS enhancements. This position is for students interested in supply chain technology, product management, and business process automation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in product solutioning workshops and system design conversations.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify integration needs and contribute to solution design.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Support ERP Implementation Go-Live activities.
- Learn and apply agile (SAFe) and product management methodologies.
- Participate in PI Planning, sprint execution, and SCRUM ceremonies.
- Write and perform test executions.
- Track and report on product outcomes and sprint metrics to support decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices (SAFe preferred) and the software delivery lifecycle.
- Interest in new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work multi-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future visa sponsorship.
