About the role#
Johnson & Johnson Vision Care is seeking a Project Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida, and requires full-time, on-site attendance. You will work with teams across sales, marketing, product development, regulatory, labeling technology, manufacturing, and engineering to support the delivery of new products.
What you'll do#
- Support the improvement of the end-to-end new product launch process.
- Facilitate cross-functional project teams to help achieve project goals.
- Assist project managers with product development, scale-up, and launch activities.
- Create and implement project timelines, including risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
- Participate in meetings and maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor or master degree program in engineering, supply chain, business management, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated leadership or participation in campus and community service activities.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 40-hour per week internship located on-site in Jacksonville, Florida.
- You must provide your own transportation to the office.
- This position is paid, and interns may be eligible for certain company benefit programs such as medical benefits, sick time, and holiday pay.
