About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Nashville, Tennessee. You will join the team to work on AI-powered agents and automation workflows, specifically contributing to Project Nova. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to design and implement technical solutions that improve service contract processes.
What you'll do#
- Build and test AI agents and automation workflows.
- Partner with internal teams and third-party developers to design and implement Project Nova.
- Identify and analyze opportunities to automate service contract processes.
- Create scalable platform architecture and design user interfaces or administration tools.
- Develop technical documentation, process maps, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in solution reviews, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Gather feedback from business stakeholders to validate automation outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience gained through coursework, academic projects, or previous internships.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Bonus points for experience with SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, or generative AI tools.

- This position is located on-site in Nashville, Tennessee.
- Candidates must reside in or within commuting distance of Nashville.
- You must have existing work authorization in the United States as sponsorship is not provided.
- This is a full-time role for the summer term.
