About the role#
This is a paid, full-time co-op position based in Reedsville, Pennsylvania. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience in the health-tech industry. The term covers either Winter or Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage departmental support processes for med-tech production.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks, including inventory management and technical support.
- Research industry best practices to support ongoing projects.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings and capture detailed minutes to track decisions and action items.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering Science, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office software.
- Experience with statistics is a plus.
