About the role#
This is a three-month paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within our Service Contracts Lifecycle Operations team in Nashville. This role provides hands-on experience in a health technology environment where you will contribute to data-driven operational improvements.
What you'll do#
- Support reporting, data validation, and analysis for team performance and operational tasks.
- Document current reporting tools, data sources, and user needs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the development of a centralized Power BI dashboard or a reporting proof of concept.
- Explore ways to use AI and automation to improve reporting efficiency, trend identification, and insights.
- Maintain project trackers, process documentation, and team reference materials.
- Participate in improvement projects and team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Interest or experience in Power BI, data visualization, AI, or automation.
- Ability to learn new systems and work collaboratively in a professional setting.

- This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Nashville, Tennessee.
- You must reside in or within commuting distance of Nashville.
- US work authorization is required. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
