About the role#
This Co-Op position joins the Supply Chain Master Data Management team in New Brunswick, New Jersey. You will work full-time for the Winter 2027 term, spanning from January to July. This role provides hands-on experience in data management, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement within a global healthcare environment.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operational tasks for Master Data Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data and process gaps, then plan for their resolution.
- Assist with master data cleanup efforts under direct guidance.
- Learn the Enterprise Master Data Management solution and provide support on key deliverables.
- Create new SOPs and Work Instructions for processes within the MDM space.
- Monitor, update, and create Data Quality metrics and reports.
- Perform data quality functions using Info Steward and Tableau.
- Contribute to SharePoint site updates to improve the customer experience.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Experience with Tableau and Info Steward is preferred.
