About the role#
This is a full-time, six-month co-op position based in Latham, New York. You will work on-site from January through June 2027. This role is paid and overtime eligible, with an hourly rate between $26.00 and $29.00.
What you'll do#
- Perform test activities in a laboratory setting.
- Work with design engineers to receive instructions and provide feedback.
- Document design inputs and outputs.
- Coordinate with vendors to create prototypes.
- Analyze mechanical design issues and develop solutions.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Design Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- You must have existing authorization to work in the United States, as the company does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
