BLP Intern – Human Resources

About the role#

The Business Leadership Program (BLP) Internship is a 10-week paid summer assignment designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development. Interns work on strategic projects that contribute to the business while receiving support from mentors and participating in networking opportunities through the Intern Summer Series.

What you'll do#

• Gain hands-on experience working alongside HR specialists.
• Contribute to strategic projects in areas including compensation, benefits, talent development, staffing, and culture initiatives.
• Support Diversity & Inclusion projects and Corporate Citizenship efforts.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to complete challenging, real-world assignments.
• Develop professional skills within a global environment.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a Human Resources discipline or Business Administration.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• 1-2 years of HR-related work experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Location & details#

• Location: Stamford Hub, Connecticut.
• Term: Summer 2026 (10 consecutive weeks between June and August).
• Schedule: Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Modality: On-site.
• Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
