About the role#
This internship offers a 9-week program during the summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience by rotating through different HR Centers of Excellence, including HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. You will work alongside professional teams to learn how HR functions support the business and contribute to meaningful projects. Successful interns may be eligible for a full-time offer to join the Early Career Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Rotate across HR departments to gain a broad understanding of HR operations and talent strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives and projects.
- Use data and analytics to identify insights and support process improvements.
- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives that enhance employee experiences.
- Streamline routine HR tasks through automation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date in spring or summer of 2028.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- A demonstrated interest in human resources and people strategy.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with AI prompting.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Modality: On-site. Employees are expected to work from the office at least four days each week.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
