BLP Intern - Finance

About the role#

The Business Leadership Program (BLP) Finance Internship is a 10-week paid summer assignment designed for students seeking to launch a career in finance. Interns work alongside finance professionals on projects that contribute to the company's future innovation. The experience includes an immersive orientation during the first week and opportunities to network with business leaders.

What you'll do#

• Work directly with finance professionals on challenging projects.
• Gain hands-on experience in areas including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Forecasting, Treasury/Cash Management, and Commercial Finance.
• Participate in the Intern Summer Series to engage with leadership and receive ongoing mentorship.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Economics.
• A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Availability for 10 consecutive weeks during the summer (June – August 2026).
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and a strong passion for learning.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
