About the role#
This co-op position is part of the Value Realization Office (VRO) within Corporate Real Estate (CRE). The VRO helps advance strategic initiatives, improve ways of working, and support governance across CRE projects. As a Project Management Coordinator, you will assist the team by coordinating project information, maintaining tools and processes, and preparing reporting and communications to help the team demonstrate progress and value.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project intake, tracking, reporting, and follow-up for VRO initiatives.
- Coordinate assigned deliverables, maintain action logs, and follow up on next steps.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, presentations, and status updates.
- Support CRE initiatives focused on cost optimization, service excellence, and process consistency.
- Develop and improve tools, templates, and processes for project delivery.
- Document ways of working, decisions, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track performance and value realization.
- Support the quality review of project and performance information.
- Prepare training resources and communications to support process adoption.
- Assist team members in using Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a program related to Business Administration or Operations Management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical approach to work.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take ownership of deliverables, track action items, and manage work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Curiosity, business acumen, and the ability to connect work to outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while adapting to change.
- Quick learner comfortable asking questions and adopting new tools.
