About the role#
Join the Digital Enterprise Enablement Tools team to help shape how we work. You will work alongside product owners to contribute to programs that help teams across the organization collaborate and innovate. This role offers the chance to take ownership of real projects from day one while learning Agile methods.
What you'll do#
- Support digital platforms including Atlassian, Planview, and Wrike.
- Solve business challenges using technology, data, and automation.
- Use AI tools and an AI-first mindset to improve how work gets done.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to learn Agile ways of working.
- Participate in planning sessions, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide frontline support for digital tools to help users resolve issues and stay productive.
What you'll need#

- Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to ask questions, share ideas, and make an impact.

- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
