About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position for the Winter 2027 term, running from January to April 2027. You will join the Corporate Real Estate team to provide on-site support for building management, facility requests, and general operations. This role is intended for students with a graduation date of April 2027 or later.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Facilities Manager with daily building management tasks.
- Ensure all work requests are completed to a satisfactory standard.
- Conduct reviews of building conditions.
- Update floor plans using AutoCAD.
- Attend project and strategy meetings regarding construction and major initiatives.
- Collaborate with various business units on specific projects and assist other groups within Corporate Real Estate.
What you'll need#
- Current enrolment in a Facilities Management or Design program.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability to work in a changing environment.
- Ability to obtain Reliability Status Clearance, which includes a credit check and a law enforcement inquiry.
