About the role#
Sun Life is seeking a Student Cloud CX Consultant to join the Enterprise Services team for the Winter 2027 term. You will work with the Cloud Adoption team and the Consumer Experience squad to support client-centric, omnichannel processes. This role focuses on enhancing consumer experiences through cloud services, AI tools, and documentation standards.
What you'll do#
- Support the Consumer Experience squad in creating and analyzing solutions across business and technical dimensions.
- Solve complex, enterprise-wide business requirements.
- Collaborate with the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) team to manage requests and maintain service standards.
- Develop marketing materials, service documentation, and best practices to increase cloud service adoption.
- Coordinate service process improvements and provide insights on AI integration.
- Create proof of concepts for AI-driven consumer experience enhancements and document the associated solutions.
- Demonstrate forward thinking on how technology supports business goals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in 2nd year or later of a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical degree program.
- Graduation date of April 2027 or later.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and relationship management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor information to various audiences.
- Experience working in a matrixed or virtual environment.
- Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to obtain Reliability Status Clearance, which is a condition of employment.

- Modality: This position is available as remote, on-site, or hybrid. Remote and hybrid work must be performed within the province of Ontario.
