About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within the wholesale grocery industry. You will work alongside team members to support daily operations and contribute to meaningful projects. The role provides exposure to department functions while allowing you to build professional relationships across the organization. You will finish the program by delivering a presentation that showcases your learning and project outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Perform data cleanup, validation, slotting analysis, and operations analytics.
- Support a defined slotting improvement project and ongoing site operational needs.
- Collaborate with Slotting Managers, Warehouse leadership, and corporate partners.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, reports, and presentations.
- Contribute ideas in meetings and help improve department tools and methodologies.
- Complete special projects assigned by your manager.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Ability to solve problems, work independently, and collaborate with others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
