About the role#
This 12-week fellowship provides hands-on experience within our Supply Chain Solutions division. You will manage daily operations, oversee account performance, and work directly with customers and senior management. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term (January 11, 2027 - April 1, 2027).
What you'll do#
- Manage the performance of both salaried and hourly employees, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with customers and senior management to define expectations and operate accounts to meet those demands.
- Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability.
- Provide financial data and operational reports to senior leadership.
- Lead safety and security meetings, conduct training, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
What you'll need#
- Must be a transitioning service member within 180 days of separation from military service at the start of the program.
- Currently participating in the DoD Skillbridge program through the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship.
- Preferred: Three or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related fields.
- Preferred: Two or more years of experience managing and leading direct reports.
- Academic background in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
