About the role#
The Ryder Internship program provides students with the opportunity to apply academic knowledge to active projects within the organization. Interns will gain a corporate business sense by learning how different departments contribute to the company, while building problem-solving and public speaking skills through project participation and business meetings.
What you'll do#
- Participate in projects and attend business meetings.
- Develop a professional understanding of corporate operations and departmental functions.
- Support multiple projects using analytical and organizational skills.
- Interact and build professional relationships with peers, work groups, customers, and management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, with a Bachelor's degree required.
- Pursuing a major in Business Administration or Logistics.
- Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in Windows, MS Office, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate confidence and initiative when interacting with all levels of the organization.

- Term: Summer 2027.

- Compensation: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
