About the role#
The Summer 2027 internship program provides students the opportunity to apply academic knowledge to active projects at Ryder. Interns will develop a corporate business sense by understanding how individual departments contribute to the overall organization. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Participate in projects and attend business meetings to build problem-solving and communication skills.
- Interact with all levels of management, peers, and customers to build professional relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the assigned department.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, specifically in Business Administration or Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Intermediate PC skills, including Windows, MS Office, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly with confidence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to show personal initiative and leadership potential.
