About the role#
This is a full-time internship opportunity for Summer 2027 based in East Hanover, New Jersey. You will work within the End-to-End Planning team, which connects demand forecasting, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management. This role is on-site and involves direct collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and process efficiency.
What you'll do#
Depending on your focus area, you will contribute to either Supply Planning or Demand Planning initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate supply plans with manufacturing and distribution partners to balance capacity and inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and service performance to optimize stock availability.
- Collaborate with procurement to translate demand signals into supplier orders.
- Create scenario analyses for potential disruptions and develop contingency options.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and bias to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain regional demand plans by aggregating inputs from field teams, marketing, and sales.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to highlight key supply chain metrics for leadership.
- Contribute to the S&OP process by presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration.
- Strong leadership potential demonstrated through student leadership or extracurricular activities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain resilient in a changing environment.
- Strong cognitive abilities with a focus on data pattern recognition.
- A growth mindset, agility, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
