About the role#
The Order to Cash (OTC) function is responsible for converting customer orders into cash. As an intern, you will gain exposure to the Cash Conversion Cycle through hands-on assignments in Bill to Cash, Business Solutions, Customer Service, or Customer Supply Chain. You will see how order accuracy, proof of delivery, and cross-functional collaboration drive customer service.
What you'll do#
- Build analytical skills around payment behavior, dispute management, collections, and trade promotion compliance.
- Support systems and analytics, including order management platforms, business intelligence tools, automation projects, and audit readiness.
- Participate in the Order to Bill cycle, supporting key accounts and growth channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.
- Partner with retailers to improve on-shelf availability, optimize delivery strategies, and translate customer feedback into service and sustainability improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship.
- Strong leadership potential, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability, interpersonal savvy, and engagement in extracurricular activities.
- A growth mindset, integrity, and strong cognitive abilities for data pattern recognition.
