About the role#
This is a full-time Data Analyst Co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will support internal teams and Associate-Owners by providing analytical insights within the retail industry.
What you'll do#
- Gather, clean, profile, and transform data from large-scale environments to ensure accuracy.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for business teams.
- Perform trend analysis using complex datasets to identify key insights.
- Translate data findings into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Respond to analytical requests from business leaders to support decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Experience building dashboards using tools like PowerBI.
- Understanding of databases, data modelling, and ETL concepts.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analytical plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- Previous experience in a data analytics role is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale environments like Google BigQuery or Teradata is an asset.

- Term: January 6, 2027, to April 16, 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
