About the role#
This position offers practical, real-world experience for students pursuing a career in pharmacy within a community setting. You will work in a locally owned store environment designed to enhance your academic training while you learn about the expanding roles of the community pharmacist.
What you'll do#
- Acknowledge all customers approaching the pharmacy area.
- Ensure all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management.
- Maintain clear visibility to the public while on duty.
- Provide an exceptional shopping experience for pharmacy customers.
- Deliver health, beauty, and convenience services to the community.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a relevant program such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or Health Administration.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of over-the-counter (OTC) products.
- Ability to apply patient counseling skills and manage privacy requirements.

- Location: 8305 Main St, Osoyoos, BC.
- Schedule: Part-time with flexible shifts.
- Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
- Work modality: On-site.
