About the role#
This is a part-time, paid position for a pharmacy student at a community store in Salaberry De Valleyfield. You will gain hands-on experience in a retail pharmacy setting while working under a local business owner. The role focuses on patient interaction and learning the daily operations of a pharmacy.
What you'll do#
- Greet all customers who enter the pharmacy.
- Ensure that all confidentiality requirements are met, including patient privacy and consent management.
- Remain easily recognizable to the public while on duty.
- Develop communication skills with patients, colleagues, and other health professionals.
- Gain knowledge regarding over-the-counter products, disease management, and medication treatments.
- Learn the practical skills needed to manage a retail pharmacy.

- Current enrollment in a pharmacy program.

- Location: 1484 Mgr Langlois, Salaberry De Valleyfield, Quebec.
- Schedule: Part-time, day shifts.
- Compensation: $25.20 to $32.75 per hour, depending on experience and knowledge.
