About the role#
As an Undergraduate Intern for the ARMHS program, you will support clients on their path toward stability and independence. You will work under the mentorship of licensed clinical professionals to provide skills-based interventions in home and community settings. This role is paid at a starting rate of $17.00 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with your team to design effective treatment plans.
- Document mental health sessions in electronic health records.
- Participate in staff and team meetings to support client care.
- Attend regular supervision sessions with your internship supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate program for Psychology, Sociology, Nursing, or Public Health.
- Completion of at least 30 semester credit hours or 40 quarter credit hours.
- Ability to receive internship credit or complete a formal practicum through your school.
- A minimum 6-month commitment to the internship.
- Access to a personal vehicle for use during the internship.

- The internship is offered on a rolling basis.
- This is a full-time position.
