About the role#
As a CTSS Intern at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will support clients and their families through in-home and community-based interventions. This role focuses on teaching skills that foster independence and mental health stability. You will gain hands-on experience by working with a small caseload and participating in clinical documentation and team collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and their families in the home and community.
- Collaborate with your team to design effective treatment plans.
- Document sessions accurately in electronic health records.
- Attend regular team meetings and supervision sessions.
- Assist with ARMHS or CTSS groups and other program tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited graduate program for social work or clinical counseling.
- Eligibility to receive academic credit or completion of a formal practicum through your graduate program.
- Access to a personal vehicle for use during the internship.
- Previous work or volunteer experience in behavioral health is preferred.

- Compensation: Starts at $18.00 per hour.
