About the role#
This paid internship offers a 12-week hands-on experience in the electrical construction industry. You will work on real projects alongside industry leaders, gaining exposure to project management, engineering, BIM, estimating, and procurement. The program is designed to help you apply your classroom learning to active construction environments while you explore potential career paths.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Preferred majors include Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architectural, Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Rising junior or rising senior status is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in, or a willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous construction internship experience is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site role for Summer 2027.
- Positions are located in Tempe, Arizona, and Phoenix, Arizona.
- Work is performed primarily on active construction sites, requiring the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
