About the role#
Enerfab offers a paid Construction Management Internship for Summer 2027. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lee's Summit, Missouri. We look for students who want to build a career in industrial construction.
What you'll do#
- Use Bluebeam and CAD to work with 2D and 3D drawings.
- Help the project team create technical and commercial documents for active construction sites.
- Support lead estimators as they develop project estimates for new work.
- Provide documentation for various departments, including project specifications and scopes of work.
- Manage project closeout tasks by collecting documents, reviewing change orders, and ensuring order specifications are met.
- Perform root cause analysis on events to establish controls and prevent future issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for engineering or construction management.
- Proficiency in Windows applications, specifically Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A self-motivated approach to work.
