About the role#
Enerfab is seeking a Construction Management Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Lee's Summit, Missouri. We look for students interested in building a career within the industrial construction sector.
What you'll do#
- Use Bluebeam and CAD software to manage 2D and 3D drawings.
- Collaborate with the project team to generate technical and commercial project documents.
- Support lead estimators in developing cost estimates for new business opportunities.
- Manage project documentation including specifications, drawings, and scope of work for various departments.
- Assist with project closeout by reviewing change orders, verifying order specifications, and documenting lessons learned.
- Conduct root cause analysis on project events to implement controls and prevent future issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for engineering or construction management.
- Proficiency in Windows applications, specifically Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a self-motivated approach to work.
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in industrial construction.
