About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week summer internship program for students interested in the electrical construction industry. You will work on active projects, gain hands-on experience, and take ownership of meaningful work. The program focuses on building your technical, professional, and leadership skills through mentorship and networking with industry experts.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to active construction projects.
- Collaborate with teams across project management, engineering, BIM, estimating, and procurement.

What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Rising junior or rising senior status is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
- Previous construction internship experience is a plus.

- Pay: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
