About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week summer internship for students who want hands-on experience in the electrical construction industry. You will work on real projects alongside industry leaders, applying your classroom knowledge to professional challenges. This program focuses on helping you build a foundation for your career through mentorship and meaningful responsibility.

What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later, with rising junior or senior status preferred.
- An interest in procurement, logistics, and construction operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in, or a willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications and other business software.
- A positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
- Previous internship experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tempe or Phoenix, Arizona.
- The internship takes place during Summer 2027.
- Work is conducted primarily indoors, though you may occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
