About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for students interested in the electrical construction industry. You will work on active projects alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and build a foundation for your career. This role is on-site and requires a commitment to continuous learning.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to active construction projects.
- Participate in project management and engineering tasks.
- Assist with BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts.
- Help with procurement and supply chain activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Rising junior or senior status is preferred.
- Ability to apply technical knowledge to real-world challenges.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive attitude.
- Previous construction internship experience is a plus.
