About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site at our Holland, Ohio office. We provide real-world experience assisting with the management of multi-million dollar construction projects. You will support Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Estimators across various phases of our work.
What you'll do#
- Assist with sub-contractor bid solicitations and financial reference checks.
- Create sub-contractor bid books.
- Draft RFI and change orders.
- Update project schedules.
- Obtain quotes for materials and services.
- Perform quantity take-offs.
- Research permit procedures based on project location.
- Manage general project administration tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Your major should be in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering Technology.

- Location: Holland, Ohio.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
