About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Summer 2027 semester. You will work on-site in Holland, Ohio, assisting project managers, coordinators, and estimators with various phases of construction projects. The role provides experience in both construction operations and pre-construction tasks.
What you'll do#
- Assist with sub-contractor and supplier bid solicitations.
- Create sub-contractor bid books.
- Perform quantity take-offs.
- Help with RFI and change order creation.
- Update project schedules.
- Obtain quotes for materials and services.
- Research permit procedures for specific project locations.
- Manage general project administration tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering Technology.
Location & details#
- Location: Holland, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
