About the role#
This is a paid internship and co-op opportunity for students to gain experience with multi-million dollar construction projects. You will work directly with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Estimators across various phases of construction. The position is full-time, with typical office hours from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
What you'll do#
- Assist with sub-contractor bid solicitations and financial reference checks.
- Create sub-contractor bid books, RFIs, and change orders.
- Update project schedules and obtain quotes for materials or services.
- Perform quantity take-offs and research permit procedures.
- Manage general project administration tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering Technology.
