    About the role#

    This full-time co-op position within Lifecycle Services (LCS) runs from January through August 2027. You will support technology delivery operations for automation projects, spanning the process from initial design through to startup. This role is a paid opportunity for students to build engineering and project management skills.

    What you'll do#

    • Support automation projects by assisting with design and startup tasks.
    • Review and correct electrical or P&ID drawings.
    • Test network configurations, electrical connectivity of devices, and HMI screens to ensure they meet customer specifications.
    • Develop training materials to support project delivery requirements.
    • Learn the software and procedures used to manage large-scale industrial automation projects.

    What you'll need#

    • Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering at an accredited university.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).
    • Preferred: A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
    • Preferred: Experience with industrial automation, electrical wiring, or P&ID drawings.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
    • Work Modality: This position is hybrid. You are expected to work on-site at the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
    • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
    • Benefits: Includes medical, dental, and vision health insurance, plus paid holidays and 401k.
