About the role#
This internship within Lifecycle Services (LCS) helps you develop engineering, analytical, and customer service skills. You will work on continuous improvement projects that support our global service teams and contract management processes.
What you'll do#
- Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS) contract list for our support and portfolio teams.
- Update the Monthly Business Partner ID list to manage global customer access to support lines.
- Write and publish team work instructions to document best practices.
- Monitor contracts expiring in 30, 60, or 90 days to identify cost and resource savings.
- Review statements of work and proposals to ensure alignment with contract entitlements.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- A valid U.S. driver's license.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Locations: Mayfield Heights, Ohio or Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Work modality: Hybrid. You are expected to work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
