About the role#
The Customer Success Professional intern assists in streamlining back-office operations and improving overall efficiency. You will focus on optimizing quote-to-cash processes, maintaining customer workflows, and reducing administrative tasks for Customer Success Managers. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining data accuracy and ensuring smooth operations.
What you'll do#
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance performance and the customer experience.
- Collaborate with global quote-to-cash teams to ensure accurate data, reporting, and processes.
- Transform raw data into dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
- Analyze data to uncover trends and identify potential problems in reports.
- Assist with training and enablement for new and existing product launches.
- Update project plans and notes to keep stakeholders informed on pending issues.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Experience with data visualization using Power BI or Excel, including complex functions.
- Residence within 50 miles of Milwaukee, WI.

- Location: Milwaukee, WI.
- Modality: Hybrid (expected in office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
- Compensation: $19 - $28 per hour.
- Benefits: Includes health insurance, 401k, and paid holidays.
