About the role#
The Emerging Talent Program (ETP) Corporate Banking Group Intern Program at Regions Bank is a 10-week summer experience. Interns in the Commercial Credit Products track work within a team environment to complete tasks and collaborate with senior managers on live projects. You will participate in a technical curriculum designed to build your skills and gain exposure to capital markets solutions.
What you'll do#
- Compile market data and conduct research on specific industries and companies.
- Perform credit analysis, including qualitative and quantitative company performance reviews.
- Evaluate the risk and return of transactions through financial and industry due diligence.
- Create client pitch materials and internal deal screening memos.
- Assist senior Relationship Managers with call planning and coordination.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in a banking field is preferred.
- Active involvement in campus leadership positions or extracurricular activities is preferred.

- The position is on-site and full-time for Summer 2027.
- This is a paid position.
