About the role#
We are looking for a Project Delivery Specialist to join the Personal Banking team for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on business priorities to drive project outcomes and improve our products, processes, and competitiveness. Depending on your placement, you may work within Product Management, Social Sustainability, or the Value Office.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify, test, and implement process improvements.
- Assist in designing internal controls and monitoring regulatory risk management practices.
- Use data to research opportunities, calculate benefits, and make recommendations.
- Build relationships across teams to support project execution.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using PowerPoint.
- Manage data and reporting tasks using Excel.
- Contribute your own ideas and perspectives to team projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret and explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position located in Toronto, Ontario.
- The term runs from January 11, 2027, to April 30, 2027.
- To be eligible, you must be returning to school after the work term or require this placement as a mandatory component for graduation.
